Pune, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Sumit Sabharwal has taken on a new role as Head of HR Services at VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions). In this global leadership position, Sumit will be responsible for enabling HR strategy and ensuring operational excellence across key HR processes. His mandate includes overseeing Centers of Expertise that manage learning and development, HR business partnering, and talent acquisition services across Vodafone’s local markets.
Sumit brings over two decades of progressive leadership in HR operations and shared services. Prior to joining VOIS, he served for over 11 years at Fujitsu, where he held multiple senior positions. Most recently, he was Vice President and Head of HR Shared Services for Fujitsu International Regions, leading transformative HR operations across multiple geographies and supporting over 40,000 employees. Before this, as Vice President – HR and earlier Head of HR Delivery, he led large multicultural HR teams and drove inclusive and tech-led people strategies across global delivery centers.
Earlier in his career, Sumit served as Senior Manager – HR at Huawei, and spent over six years at Dell Technologies in various strategic HR roles including Talent Engagement, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partnering. He also started his career in the HR function at Concentrix, where he worked in training and operations support roles.
