Summer brings an impressive career spanning over two decades, marked by her expertise in executive search, human capital management, and leadership development across multiple industries.
At ZRG Partners, she served as Managing Director, specializing in executive search for Chief Product and Chief Technology Officers in cybersecurity, SaaS, and platform companies, delivering impactful results for VC-backed startups and Fortune 500 organizations.
Prior to that, she co-founded MiROR Partners, where she focused on blending art and science in executive search and leadership development for fast-growth tech and Fortune 500 companies. Her work at MiROR positioned her as a trusted advisor in building executive teams and fostering leadership excellence.
Earlier in her career, Summer gained significant experience in talent acquisition and executive hiring at renowned organizations such as Allergan and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she honed her skills in leading recruitment strategies and talent development initiatives.
Summer’s early career includes roles at Heidrick & Struggles, where she specialized in the semiconductor, hardware, and systems practice, and at Coopers & Lybrand, where she contributed to executive hiring and tax advisory services.
