Her expertise spans technical recruiting, talent sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and executive support, making her uniquely qualified to align Standard Bots’ hiring strategy with its ambitious goals.
Nicole’s journey with Standard Bots began in early 2022 when she served as Recruiting Manager, where she successfully doubled the company’s software engineering team in just 3.5 months. She returned in March 2024 as Recruiting Manager during a period of rapid growth, managing full-cycle recruiting and sourcing elite talent in software engineering, AI, and product development.
Her previous roles include Recruiting Operations and Executive Assistant at Glowforge, where she contributed to talent acquisition and operational excellence. As a Recruiting Consultant at Policybind, she supported the growth of an adtech company serving the healthcare space. Nicole has also held leadership roles in talent acquisition at organizations like Render and Import.io, where she built and managed recruitment pipelines, collaborated with executive leadership, and drove employee engagement initiatives.
