With over 18 years of experience across FMCG and consumer marketing, Sunainika brings a blend of strategic foresight, creative excellence, and business acumen. Her track record of building purpose-driven brands and delivering transformative campaigns positions her perfectly to lead Coca-Cola’s next phase of category expansion in the nutrition segment.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Sunainika had an illustrious 11-year tenure at Mondelēz International, where she held multiple leadership roles across India and the AMEA region. As Marketing Director – Biscuits & Bakes, she led the business to double its growth between 2021 and 2024, steering the category through brand reinvention and portfolio transformation. Under her leadership, Oreo became India’s leading premium biscuit brand, while Cadbury Chocobakes and Bournvita Biscuits achieved strong category traction and industry acclaim. Her teams’ work earned prestigious honors including Cannes Silver Awards, Spikes Asia Grand Prix, and Effie Awards for effectiveness and innovation.

Earlier in her Mondelēz journey, she served as Senior Manager – Chocolate Innovations and Regional Category Marketing Manager – Biscuits (AMEA), where she played a key role in launching products like Cadbury Silk Mousse, 5 Star Oreo, Cadbury Dairy Milk 30% Less Sugar, and Bournvita Shakti. These initiatives reflected her ability to blend consumer insight with market opportunity, fueling sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Sunainika began her career at IMRB International (now Kantar), leading insights for major FMCG and telecom clients, and later joined Cadbury-Kraft Foods (now Mondelēz) in consumer insights before transitioning to brand management. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women and IMI Delhi, she brings a deep understanding of consumer psychology and a passion for purposeful brand storytelling.

At The Coca-Cola Company, Sunainika will focus on accelerating innovation and strengthening the nutrition category, ensuring the brand’s offerings meet evolving consumer needs for health, taste, and sustainability.
