A seasoned finance leader with over 34 years of experience, Mr. Agarwal brings deep expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, governance, and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), he has consistently delivered strategic financial leadership across large, complex organizations.
Prior to joining ShardaCare – Healthcity, he held senior finance leadership roles at Fortis Healthcare, where he served as Business Partner Finance, Zonal Finance Controller, and Financial Controller, driving financial strategy, governance, and performance management across regions for over a decade. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Fortis Hospotel Limited, further expanding his healthcare finance leadership portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Agarwal worked with GlobalLogic as Senior Manager – Finance, and spent over 14 years at Bharat Electronics, where he managed cost accounting, pricing proposals, and fixed asset management, building a strong foundation in financial controls and operational rigor.
In his new role, Mr. Agarwal will lead the financial strategy at ShardaCare – Healthcity, focusing on strengthening the financial framework, enhancing efficiency, reinforcing governance standards, and supporting the organization’s continued growth and market leadership in the healthcare ecosystem.
