Houston, Texas, United States, June 2024 – Anthony Parker Marban has joined Mexilink Inc as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. With a rich background in human resources leadership and organizational development, Anthony brings extensive expertise to the team, aiming to enhance the company’s HR strategies and support its workforce.
Before joining Mexilink Inc, Anthony served at Point 4 Strategies, LLC for approximately 1 year. As the Principal – HR Practice, he provided consulting services to businesses scaling their operations and undergoing profound change in complex growth environments, addressing people and process challenges to support business growth.
Anthony’s extensive career also includes a significant tenure at Lopez Negrete Communications, Inc, where he worked for nearly 17 years as the Human Resources Director. In this role, he led strategic HR initiatives for a marketing communications company with over 250 employees across New York, Texas, and California, managing all areas of HR administration including employee recruiting, engagement, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, risk management, payroll, and compliance.
His early career includes roles such as RRIF Program Analyst – Federal Railroad Administration at the US Department of Transportation for approximately 1 year, Sr. Analyst – Corporate IT / Global Mobility at KPMG/BearingPoint for 2 years, and Senior Manager in various HR Outsourcing & Consulting Firms for approximately 4 years.
