Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Supratik Bhattacharyya has been appointed as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Adventz Group of Companies, marking a significant leadership enhancement for the diversified conglomerate. With more than 30 years of strategic HR experience across leading global and Indian enterprises, Supratik will oversee talent strategy, leadership development, culture building, and organizational transformation across Adventz’s multi-industry portfolio.
Supratik most recently served as Chief Talent Officer at RPG Group, where he played a central role in shaping the Group’s talent strategy for nearly a decade. His contributions included strengthening leadership hiring, institutionalizing capability-building programs, and driving group-wide transformation initiatives. His role expanded to include CHRO responsibilities for RPG Enterprises, positioning him as a key architect of the Group’s people development philosophy.
Before joining RPG Group, Supratik was part of the Chairman’s Office at Larsen & Toubro, where he supported enterprise-wide initiatives related to organization structure, senior leadership pipeline development, and workforce planning. His advisory role to the Executive Chairman accelerated several strategic talent initiatives across the conglomerate.
Earlier in his career, Supratik led the Industrial Practice at Accord India, consulting on C-Suite hiring and leadership development for clients across manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. He also helmed Association Management Initiatives as Chief Executive Officer, pioneering association management solutions and serving on global bodies such as the American Society of Association Executives and the Global Network of Association Management.
Supratik’s professional foundation was built during his long tenure at ExxonMobil, where he held multifaceted leadership roles across India and Asia Pacific in sales, marketing, operations, and customer services. His experience spans business development, industrial marketing, operations oversight, and P&L responsibilities, reflecting a strong understanding of both business and people strategy. His appointment underscores Adventz Group’s commitment to embedding people-driven growth, leadership excellence, and operational rigor across the organization.
