Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – Surabhi Loshali has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ather Energy, marking a key leadership move as the company accelerates its growth journey. In her new role, Loshali will spearhead Ather Energy’s people and culture strategy, with a strong focus on leadership development, talent transformation, and building a high-performance organization aligned with the company’s long-term vision in India’s fast-growing electric mobility ecosystem.
Loshali brings over two decades of global experience in HR leadership and organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives across talent management, DEI, rewards, learning, and HR digital transformation. Prior to that, she held senior HR leadership roles at Strides as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Vice President Human Resources, shaping succession planning, leadership development, critical talent identification, and high-performance culture programs across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Loshali worked with Grant Thornton (US) as an Experienced Manager, advising organizations on HR strategy, organization design, leadership development, change management, and M&A integration, with a specialization in people analytics and HR effectiveness. She also served as an Independent HR Strategy Consultant, working with global and U.S.-based organizations on people strategy design, talent analytics, and HR technology investments.
Loshali spent a significant phase of her consulting career with Aon, where she progressed through multiple roles including Organization and HR Effectiveness Consultant and Product Manager and Corporate Transaction and Transformation Consultant. During this period, she advised clients on organization transformation, HR analytics, change management, global integrations during M&A, and talent management. She began her professional journey with Evalueserve as a Research Associate, gaining early exposure to analytical and research-driven work.
Education: Loshali holds an MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
