Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Suresh Deshpande has joined Mana Projects Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Human Resources, marking a significant leadership appointment in the company’s growth journey. In his new role, Suresh will be responsible for leading the people strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives to strengthen Mana’s workforce capability across its diverse real estate and infrastructure businesses.
Suresh brings over two decades of rich HR experience spanning real estate, banking, financial services, logistics, manufacturing, and technology-enabled organizations. Prior to joining Mana Projects, he served as Head of HR at Brad Realty and NxtWave, where he led the HR and Talent Acquisition functions, driving people-centric strategies that enabled scalable business growth and a culture of performance. His focus on employee engagement and talent excellence has been instrumental in building agile organizations.
Previously, Suresh held leadership roles with LetsTransport as General Manager – Human Resources, where he led initiatives in talent management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. Earlier, he founded and led Humanmaps HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as CEO, providing recruitment, HR advisory, and training solutions to clients across industries — reflecting his entrepreneurial acumen and passion for human capital transformation.
Earlier in his career, Suresh contributed to HR leadership roles at Manappuram Finance Limited, Yes Bank, Emkay Global Financial Services, ISS Facility Services, Robo Silicon, and Cushman & Wakefield. His experience encompasses end-to-end HR management, strategic workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and culture-building, positioning him as a people-first leader with deep business understanding and strategic foresight.
