Susana Muñoz Correcher Appointed as Head of People & Culture International Services & Grow Partner Iberia at Straumann Group

Madrid, Spain – October 2024 – Susana Muñoz Correcher has assumed the position of Head of People & Culture International Services & Grow Partner Iberia at Straumann Group. In this role, she will oversee the International Hub operations in Spain and Germany while driving the GROW (Learning & Development) agenda for the Iberia region.

Susana’s journey with the Straumann Group started in April 2018, where she served as HR Director Iberia for over six years. During her tenure, she developed strategic HR initiatives, led talent management, and facilitated organizational transformations. Her focus on HR compliance, talent acquisition, and change management has been instrumental in ensuring the region’s continuous growth and development.

Prior to Straumann, Susana spent over a decade with Boston Scientific, where she held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner for Europe MedSurg. In this capacity, she provided HR leadership and drove divisional organizational effectiveness. She also led HR strategies during significant mergers and acquisitions, achieving high engagement and minimal turnover throughout the transformations.

Susana also served as HR Manager Iberia at Boston Scientific, overseeing HR strategies and operations for the Spain and Portugal clusters. Her achievements include the creation of a new organization following the merger of three divisions and implementing talent development plans for senior managers.

Earlier in her career, Susana was the HR Manager for Spain at Guidant, where she successfully managed HR operations, employee engagement surveys, and the integration of Guidant into Boston Scientific. Her efforts contributed to effective cultural change, leadership transitions, and enhanced employee engagement.
