Prior to joining GLIB.ai, Sushant served as Country Lead – India, SAARC & ANZ at AutomationEdge, where he played a pivotal role in driving go-to-market initiatives and scaling AI-led automation across enterprise environments. His leadership enabled the successful adoption of hyper-automation and IT process transformation solutions across diverse client landscapes.
Sushant brings nearly two decades of experience in enterprise sales, business development, and customer success. His career includes leadership stints at Vyom Labs, Cazaayan Inc., Dion Global Solutions, and Indiabulls Securities, where he was instrumental in developing strategic partnerships, closing complex enterprise deals, and building high-performing sales teams.
An alumnus of Sikkim Manipal University with an Executive MBA in Marketing, Sushant is certified in NLP for Sales and known for his customer-first approach and passion for empathetic, insight-driven selling. His appointment is a significant milestone for GLIB.ai as it scales its operations and continues to transform how businesses handle unstructured data with AI.
