London Area, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Hlx Life Sciences is delighted to announce that Suubi Christie has joined as the new Chief People Officer.
Suubi Christie joins Hlx Life Sciences from Life Science People, where she was Head of Learning and Development for approximately 2 years. In this role, she led the L&D function to support the business strategy and helped accelerate growth and profitability in the UK and US offices. She also managed the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring the right talent joined the organisation for long-term growth.
Prior to that, Suubi spent around 6 years at Allegis Group, holding various roles including Senior Learning & Development Business Partner and Senior Learning and Development Consultant. She was responsible for the content design, training, coaching, and evaluation of learning interventions across all EMEA offices.
Earlier in her career, Suubi worked with TEKsystems for about 6 years, where she progressed from Support Consultant to Senior Consultant. She led a team of recruiters specialising in the digital space, networking with experts in management, software development, and creative design on behalf of clients ranging from disruptive tech start-ups to established enterprise brands.
