Borås, Västra Götaland County, Sweden, January 2025 – Suzanne Almbring has been promoted to Chief People & Culture Officer at Techstep, marking a new chapter in her impactful career. Suzanne will spearhead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on fostering a sustainable, secure, and innovative work culture to support Techstep’s mission of enabling smarter work environments.
Suzanne has been with Techstep since February 2022, where she previously served as an HR Business Partner, playing a pivotal role in implementing people-centric strategies and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Before Techstep, Suzanne worked at AB Regin as an HR Manager, where she focused on creating HR frameworks aligned with business objectives, and at Ingram Micro, where she served as HR Manager for over seven years. At Ingram Micro, she partnered with leadership teams in Sweden and Norway to manage talent acquisition, learning and development, and policy implementation.
Her extensive HR experience also includes roles at Brightpoint Sweden AB, where she was HR Manager and later Customer Service Manager, and Yogastudio Göteborg, where she served as a yoga instructor, promoting personal growth and mental well-being.
