London, United Kingdom, August 2024 – Suzanne Joseph has begun her role as Head of People at TWM Solicitors LLP. In this position, Suzanne will lead the firm’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and aligning HR practices with the firm’s long-term objectives.
Prior to joining TWM Solicitors LLP, Suzanne was the Head of People and Learning at Temple Group Limited for nearly five years. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving change management initiatives and strategic human resource planning, which significantly improved employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Before her role at Temple Group Limited, Suzanne served as the Human Resources Director at Indigo Planning Ltd for 12 years. In this position, she led HR policies, project management, and implemented systems that enhanced organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Suzanne was the owner of Horizons Human Resources Consultancy, where she provided HR consulting services to a range of clients across different sectors. Her consultancy was known for its focus on developing tailored HR strategies that aligned with business goals.
