Her role as Head of One Team People Implementation at Scope (Aust) underscored her ability to lead organization-wide transformation programs with a focus on organization design and alignment. Furthermore, her tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer at McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG) saw her play a pivotal role in the company’s global expansion and the development of a comprehensive HR function that set new standards in the industry.

Suzanne’s experience is backed by her significant contributions to companies such as Suncorp Group and AAMI, where she demonstrated her exceptional ability to navigate complex merger activities and foster a culture of engagement and positive change.
