Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2025 – Swarna Latha has joined Skyroot Aerospace as Vice President – People & Culture, bringing over 15 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries. In this role, she will be responsible for shaping talent strategies, fostering organizational culture, and strengthening HR processes to support Skyroot’s vision of making spaceflight more accessible and reliable.
Prior to joining Skyroot Aerospace, Swarna served as Senior Regional HR Manager at ALPLA Group, where she led compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness for the India region. In her four-year tenure, she played a key role in enhancing employee engagement, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
Before ALPLA, she was Manager – HR & Admin at Glochem Industries, where she focused on training and development, team leadership, and organizational effectiveness. She also held HR leadership roles at Fluentgrid Limited, Atria Convergence Technologies, and P.B.L Transport, driving strategic HR initiatives, process automation, and leadership development.
Swarna holds an MBA in Human Resources from Kasturba Gandhi Degree & PG College for Women. Her expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management will be instrumental in supporting Skyroot Aerospace’s expansion and people-driven culture.
