During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in building an inclusive healthcare ecosystem, catering to the unique needs of women and revolutionizing health management in the process. Prior to Elda Health, she co-founded Nua Woman, a company dedicated to personalized wellness solutions for women, where she led growth, product innovation, and brand strategy.
Earlier in her career, Swathi held leadership roles at Inksedge, Komli Media, Intel Corporation, and Cognizant, gaining extensive expertise in business development, digital transformation, and strategic planning. Her ability to integrate technological innovation with business growth has been a defining aspect of her leadership journey.
