Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — Deeksha Ahuja has started a new role as Director – Business Strategy at DuneVista Capital, strengthening the firm’s strategic leadership as it continues to expand its global asset management footprint.
In her new position, Deeksha Ahuja is responsible for driving business strategy initiatives at DuneVista Capital, a multi-jurisdictional asset management group with operations across Dubai, Mumbai, New York, London, and Singapore. The firm invests across private equity, hedge funds, public markets, and commodities, and her mandate includes supporting long-term growth, strategic alignment, and value creation across its diversified investment platform.
Alongside this appointment, Deeksha Ahuja continues her entrepreneurial journey as the Founder of Encubay, a global business network she established in 2019 to bring together stakeholders from wealth, technology, and innovation ecosystems. Through Encubay, she has played a key role in fostering collaboration between founders, investors, and industry leaders across markets.
She is also the Founding Partner of Encubay Angel Network, India’s first female-led angel network, focused on enabling more women to participate actively in startup investing. In addition, she founded Collaborat-her, a consulting platform that helps startups and established businesses achieve scale and sustainability, and is a Co-founder of Cedarwood – The Teacher Network, a long-running initiative dedicated to skill-based learning.
Earlier in her career, Deeksha Ahuja has worked across strategy, consulting, and ecosystem-building roles. She served as a Startup Mentor with OneValley, collaborating with founders and ecosystem partners globally. She has also contributed as a Consultant at Sunburst Home Healthcare, where she supported growth strategy and investor engagement, and as Business Development Manager at Woman At Work, India’s first professional digital media and aggregator platform for working women.
Her early professional experience includes research and analyst roles with organisations such as Hubbis, Zomato, JLL, and Seven Hill Securities Limited, providing her with a strong foundation across capital markets, business development, and strategic research.
With a rare blend of entrepreneurial leadership, ecosystem building, and strategic advisory experience, Deeksha Ahuja’s appointment is expected to further strengthen DuneVista Capital’s long-term strategic vision and global growth agenda.
