Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, May 2025 – Swati Nagpaul has been appointed as the Global Head – Talent Operations at SoftwareOne, a global software and cloud solutions provider. In this new role, she will lead and optimize the company’s global talent operations to support its evolving business needs and workforce transformation initiatives.
Swati’s journey at SoftwareOne began over a year ago, where she initially served as Global Talent Operations Lead. During this time, she played a vital role in building scalable systems for talent lifecycle management and enabling operational excellence globally.
Prior to joining SoftwareOne, she pursued a unique professional path as a Change Evangelist and Executive Advisor, offering strategic coaching to senior leaders and guiding organizations through large-scale transformation with a focus on agility and psychological insight. Concurrently, she also joined IE University as an Adjunct Professor of Change Management, reinforcing her role as a thought leader in organizational change.
Swati’s earlier career includes an impactful tenure at JW Marriott, where she was Director – Human Resources at the Juhu, Mumbai property. In this role, she partnered closely with executive leadership to drive profitability through strategic human capital initiatives.
Before that, she worked at Orange Business Services, where over nearly five years, she held roles including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager, delivering global people programs and digitization projects that enhanced organizational effectiveness.
Her professional experience is further enriched by leadership roles at HT Media Group, Iris Worldwide, The Oberoi Group, IndiGo, India Today, and Elixir Web Solutions, where she developed and led HR practices across the media, aviation, hospitality, and consulting sectors.
