Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Swati Narang has taken on a new leadership role as Director – People Experience Partner at JLL India. In this strategic role, she will be responsible for leading HR business partnering for the Bank of America portfolio, driving human capital management, global HR strategy, and operational excellence across JLL’s India operations.
Prior to her current appointment, Swati Narang served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Knight Frank, where she was responsible for performance management, stakeholder alignment, employee training, and data-driven HR solutions. Her expertise in employee relations and analytics was instrumental in streamlining HR processes for the firm in Gurugram.
Earlier, she spent over 8 years at JLL, where she held multiple roles. As Regional Project HR, New Business & Transitions, APAC, she worked across geographies to support HR operations during business transitions and expansions. Before that, she was responsible for managing HR and Operations Support for the North and East India facilities business, ensuring seamless HR services aligned with organizational objectives.
Before her tenure at JLL, Swati Narang worked with Multiplex as an HR & Administration professional, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and strategic HR planning. She also worked at Citi as a Human Resources Support Specialist, supporting core HR functions, and at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. as a Finance Specialist, where she managed financial and operational tasks within the HR function.
