Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Swati Sinha has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Signpost India, a leading media-tech enterprise at the forefront of transforming the out-of-home (OOH) advertising landscape through innovation, AI-driven analytics, and public space design. In this new role, Swati will spearhead people-centric strategies, foster an empowering organizational culture, and align HR initiatives with the company’s rapid growth and evolving business vision.
Before joining Signpost India, Swati served as Senior Consultant – Human Resources at Gensol Group, where she led strategic HR initiatives focused on talent alignment and business transformation. Her contributions were pivotal in driving HR agility across the organization.
Swati previously spent over four years with Sterlite Power, initially as Head HR – Convergence Business, and later as Vice President and Head – Talent, OD and Employee Engagement, D&I. During her tenure, she led large-scale transformation programs, championed employee engagement, and was instrumental in fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
Earlier in her career, Swati held HR leadership roles at Tektronix, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra. Her deep experience spans policy development, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and international HR operations, including a significant assignment with Accenture Germany.
Swati holds an MBA in Human Resources from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Patna Women’s College.
