Before embarking on this new journey, Ross Eggett held the prestigious position of Chief Human Resources Officer at ADT Solar. During his tenure from June 2022, Eggett was instrumental in integrating ADT Solar into the broader portfolio of ADT Security, showcasing his capability to lead and execute comprehensive HR strategies. His achievements include leading a successful company restructuring, boosting sales team size significantly, and implementing Oracle HCM to enhance HR operations.

Prior to his success at ADT Solar, Eggett was a Vice President of Human Resources at ADT, where he revolutionized the HR organization to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. His role saw the deployment of innovative technology solutions and the establishment of a new HR operating model that notably reduced HR expenses while increasing employee and client satisfaction.

Eggett’s journey in human resources also includes impactful roles at Allstate, where as a Human Resources Business Partner, he designed and executed strategies that significantly improved HR service delivery and reduced costs. His leadership supported Allstate’s distribution systems, driving a substantial annual revenue while implementing talent strategies that bolstered the company’s market share.
