Her tenure at Arrive Logistics was marked by notable achievements such as the launch of the Leadership Academy, the creation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and the successful scaling of the enterprise learning and development team.
Before Arrive Logistics, O’Meara’s expertise in talent management was honed at Comcast, where she led emerging leadership and talent management and acquisition strategies.
