Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States, January 2026 – Tabitha Bramblett has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at New Hope Treatment Centers, marking a significant milestone in her people leadership journey within behavioral healthcare. In her new mandate, she will lead enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce engagement, talent development and compliance frameworks across New Hope’s specialized residential and community-based care ecosystem.
Tabitha Bramblett has built her leadership journey at New Hope Treatment Centers, where she progressed from Human Resources Manager to Interim Director, Employee Experience & Talent, and most recently served as Director – Employee Experience & Talent. Across these mandates, she strengthened compliance frameworks, employee engagement models, talent pipelines and workforce experience strategies that support New Hope’s complex residential healthcare environment.
Prior to New Hope, she served as Human Resources Manager at Jim Myers & Sons, Inc., where she led HR operations across multi-location construction and services teams.
Earlier, she held the role of Generalist – Human Capital & Culture at BEDGEAR, strengthening people practices and culture frameworks, and also served as Branch Manager at StaffMasters and Client Resource Manager at CORESTAFF Services, building strong foundations in workforce management, staffing operations and people leadership.
