Prior to joining Synechron, Tabrez served as Vice President of the Insurance Business Unit at EPAM Systems, where he was instrumental in delivering innovative transformation solutions to insurance clients. At Apexon, Tabrez led the Financial Services & Insurance vertical as Senior Vice President, overseeing significant digital transformation initiatives. He played a pivotal role in implementing advanced technologies like AI, RPA, and cloud-first strategies, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth across the insurance domain.
During his time at Atos Syntel, Tabrez was the Head of Financial Services for North America, where he managed strategy and growth for the business unit. Additionally, he led large-scale transformation projects, including core system modernization and operational enhancements, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the insurance technology landscape.
Tabrez began his career with roles at Accenture, Wipro, and Mphasis, where he gained substantial experience in consulting, software development, and project management.
