Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2025 – Tamera Puryear has taken on the role of Vice President of Employee Communications at Comcast, where she will lead strategies to enhance employee engagement and internal communication across the organization. Tamera’s extensive expertise in sales operations, customer loyalty, and organizational leadership makes her uniquely positioned to drive impactful communication initiatives at Comcast.
Tamera has been with Comcast for six years, previously serving as the Vice President of Sales Operations, where she streamlined sales processes and strategies. Before that, she was the Senior Director of Construction – Northeast Division, overseeing infrastructure projects across the region, and Senior Director of Loyalty – West Division, driving customer retention strategies.

Earlier in her career, Tamera held roles at CenturyLink as a Senior Project Manager and at DIRECTV, where she spent over 16 years in roles such as Senior Manager of Customer Care Center and Project Manager. She began her career as an IT Project Manager at Boeing, managing financial system integrations.
