Tbilisi, Georgia – October 2024 – Tamta Kodelashvili has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Elvare. In her new role, she will lead the HR department, focusing on strategic HR management, employee engagement, recruitment, and overall HR administration, driving initiatives to support Elvare’s mission and business objectives.
Before joining Elvare, Tamta served at iTechnics – Apple Authorized Reseller as a Human Resources Manager for two years. In this role, she managed end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement strategies, contributing significantly to HR system enhancements and policy implementation.
Tamta also worked at Mistore – Xiaomi Authorized Reseller as an HR Manager, where she oversaw recruitment, HR administration, and employee onboarding processes. Her efforts helped enhance HR operations and support organizational growth.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Unicom as an HR Manager, where she managed HR functions like recruitment, policy development, and performance evaluations. She also served as an HR Specialist at Aversi Clinic, focusing on recruitment processes, HR administration, and employee relations.
