Pathum Thani, Thailand, July 2025 – Tanakorn Amatakulchai has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources – SCCO at Siam City Cement Public Company Limited. In his new role, Tanakorn will oversee the end-to-end talent strategy for Siam City Concrete Co., Ltd. (SCCO), driving workforce development, organizational transformation, and HR excellence across the business.
Before joining Siam City Cement, Tanakorn served as HRBP Manager at Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, where he worked closely with the CEO and senior management to lead post-M&A integration, culture transformation, and talent management initiatives. He also played a key role in redesigning HR processes and policies aligned with strategic business priorities.
Tanakorn’s previous experience includes a brief tenure as HR Manager at Esso Thailand and a long and impactful career of over 16 years at ExxonMobil, where he held progressive HR leadership roles including Regional Manufacturing HR Manager, HRBP for Fuels & Lubes Sales, and Training Specialist. He led large-scale people strategy implementations, succession planning, and regional talent development efforts across Southeast Asia.
Earlier in his career, Tanakorn contributed to various process and customer service transformation projects at ExxonMobil, gaining critical experience in business operations, customer relationship management, and SAP process upgrades, which he later translated into effective HR strategies during his leadership journey.
