London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Tara Forde has stepped into the role of Acting Chief People Officer, UKI at Experian, where she will lead the people strategy during a pivotal time of leadership transition and business growth. As Experian welcomes a new CEO, Tara brings deep experience and energy to support the next phase of transformation and innovation across the UK and Ireland region.
Tara has been with Experian for over two years and most recently served as Head of HR Business Partnering and Organisational Effectiveness, where she led strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and executive people partnerships. Prior to this, she was Head of HR Business Partnering, Strategic Workforce Planning and DEI, driving critical talent strategies for the UKI region and global initiatives, particularly focusing on skills of the future and inclusion.

Earlier in her career, she held global HR leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Agilent Technologies, where she led transformation programs and partnered with senior executives to shape people and culture strategies in complex, multi-country environments.
Tara also brings rich experience in learning and organizational development from roles at Mundipharma, BSH Home Appliances Group, and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, as well as early-career teaching experience at Peterborough College, which laid the foundation for her people-first leadership approach.
