Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Tasniem Nagaria has joined First Citizens India as Vice President, Talent Acquisition, where she will lead technology recruitment efforts and drive strategic hiring initiatives. With deep expertise in talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and employer branding, she is set to play a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s tech workforce and enhancing recruitment processes.
Before joining First Citizens India, Tasniem was the Assistant Vice President – India Lead, Talent Acquisition at Mashreq Bank, where she led large-scale hiring for Mashreq’s India Center of Excellence. She played a key role in building an early talent pipeline, leadership hiring, diversity initiatives, and employer branding, significantly increasing workforce diversity and reducing time-to-hire.
Prior to that, she served as India Lead – Strategic and Technology Hiring at ANZ, where she was instrumental in hiring top technology talent and implementing inclusive hiring initiatives. She was also a Diversity & Inclusion champion, launching programs to improve gender representation and LGBTQ+ hiring.
Earlier in her career, Tasniem held key talent acquisition roles at Deutsche Bank, Northern Trust, and Allegis Global Solutions, where she specialized in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and global talent strategies. Her experience in managing large-scale hiring programs, executive recruitment, and technology hiring has established her as a seasoned talent leader in the financial services sector.
