Reinholds, Pennsylvania, United States, March 2025 – Tatsiana Rybaltouski has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at OneWell Health Care, where she will lead HR strategy, talent development, and workforce engagement to support the organization’s mission of advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). In this role, she will oversee organizational culture, leadership development, employee experience, and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with OneWell’s commitment to inclusion and community-based care.
Before stepping into this role, Tatsiana Rybaltouski served as Senior Director, Human Resources at OneWell Health Care, where she played a pivotal role in HR leadership, policy development, and strategic workforce planning. Her leadership helped streamline HR processes and drive employee engagement to support the organization’s growing impact.
Previously, she held the position of Human Resources Director at OneWell Health Care, where she focused on HR operations, payroll administration, and workforce management. Her ability to implement strategic HR solutions and foster a people-first culture significantly contributed to enhancing HR operations and employee well-being.
Prior to her tenure at OneWell, Tatsiana worked as a Human Resources Payroll Administrator at PA Health Management, where she gained extensive experience in payroll systems, HR compliance, and workforce planning.
With nearly two decades of experience, including a longstanding leadership role at Auntie Anne’s LLC, Tatsiana brings a strong background in talent management, HR operations, and organizational leadership to her new position.
