Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden, September 2025 – Tea Svensson has been appointed as the Chief People Experience Officer at Hive Streaming, marking a significant milestone in her career. In this new role, she will continue to align people strategy with business objectives, champion employee experience, and strengthen the connection between people and digital workplace practices across the organization.
Svensson has been with Hive Streaming for over five years, most recently serving as Head of People Experience. During this tenure of nearly four years, she led the People Experience Office, integrating employee journey touchpoints and fostering a culture of self-leadership, psychological safety, and agility. Her leadership in bridging People Experience with Digital Workplace Experience has been pivotal in creating a seamless and human-centric employee journey.
Before that, she served as an HR Business Partner at Hive Streaming, where she was the first HR professional in the company. She played a critical role during its hypergrowth phase, crafting a global people strategy, embedding core values, and building scalable systems and structures to support rapid expansion, including talent planning for more than 50 recruitments.
Earlier, Svensson worked at Academic Work in Stockholm for over four years. She first served as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant and later became a Consultant Manager, where she managed more than 80 consultants throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Her efforts supported clients in workforce planning, gap analysis, and decision-making, contributing to effective talent solutions.
