At Upsurge Realty, Teena now leads a growing HR and operations unit, where she is responsible for shaping the company’s structure, culture, compliance, and productivity frameworks. She oversees key functions such as talent acquisition, HR governance, regulatory compliance, and payroll accuracy — while streamlining operations and CRM workflows. Her mandate includes building scalable systems, embedding KPIs and commission frameworks, and fostering a high-performance sales culture that thrives on accountability and engagement.

Prior to joining Upsurge Realty, Teena held strategic leadership roles at Glen Cove Property, Scorpion Property, and BNW Developments, where she led HR, recruitment, legal compliance, operational audits, and large-scale team management. Her tenure at BNW was especially notable, having scaled a small team of four into a high-performing workforce of over 200 — driving strong outcomes in retention, team culture, and operational efficiency.

With more than a decade of multidisciplinary experience — from sales and marketing to HR transformation — Teena has consistently demonstrated her strength in building robust organizational ecosystems. At Upsurge Realty, her dual expertise in people strategy and business operations is set to accelerate the firm’s vision of becoming a market leader in client-centric real estate solutions.
