In her new role, Teri will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development across the organization. Teri brings over two decades of experience in human resources and leadership development. Before her current role, she served as Group Vice President, Talent and HR Operational Excellence at Rite Aid, where she was responsible for talent strategies and ensuring operational efficiency within the HR function. Her efforts played a pivotal role in driving Rite Aid’s talent management initiatives forward.
Previously, Teri held the position of Vice President, Talent Management at Rite Aid, where she oversaw the development and implementation of strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Her work in building leadership capabilities and driving talent development programs was key to fostering a strong and resilient workforce.
Earlier in her career, Teri worked at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where she served as Senior Training and Development Manager for eight years before becoming the Manager of Human Resource Services. At Williams-Sonoma, she focused on developing comprehensive training programs and HR solutions that supported employee growth and operational success.
Teri also held HR leadership roles at Highmark and ServiceMaster, and she began her career as a Recruiter at HCR ManorCare and a Training and Development Specialist at Rite Aid, building a strong foundation in HR and talent development.
