Bangalore, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Texnere appoints Raman Venkatraman as Chairman and Director on the Board.
Raman is a seasoned global technology leader and currently serves as Co-founder and CEO of FineLabs, where he is building an innovation-led organization focused on IP-driven solutions in Cloud, Experience Platforms, Data & AI and CyberSecurity.
Prior to founding FineLabs, he served as CEO of Relevance Lab and earlier as CEO of STL Digital, where he led large-scale digital transformation, engineering, and technology services portfolios across global markets.
Earlier in his career, Raman held multiple senior leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), including Senior Vice President & Global Head – HiTech & Professional Services Industry Unit, along with leading global alliances, technology units, and major platform practices.
