New Delhi, India, October 2025 – The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Ms. Harmeet Kaur as General Manager – Corporate Marketing and Customer Experience, marking a strategic move to strengthen the Group’s brand engagement and customer-centric marketing initiatives across its luxury hospitality portfolio.

Bringing nearly 28 years of extensive experience in customer engagement, marketing strategy, and business transformation, Ms. Kaur has built an illustrious career driving brand loyalty and growth for some of India’s leading organizations. She holds an MBA in Marketing and has completed a Management Development Program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, equipping her with a strong academic and strategic foundation.

Ms. Kaur began her career with Direm (now Direxions), where she developed a robust understanding of loyalty marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). She then spent seven years at OgilvyOne Worldwide, partnering with iconic brands such as ITC Hotels, British Airways, and Benetton, delivering 360° brand communication strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and loyalty marketing.

Her most significant tenure spans 18 years with DishTV India Ltd., where she served as Head – Customer Engagement (Retention & Usage) for multiple brands, including DishTV, D2H, Zing, and Watcho. Overseeing communications for a subscriber base of over 15 million customers, she led major transformation programs, designed emotionally intelligent customer journeys, and championed a culture of customer-first excellence.

A recognized thought leader in the field of marketing and customer experience, Ms. Kaur has received multiple national and international awards and has served as a speaker and jury member at leading industry forums, reflecting her influence and contribution to the marketing landscape.
