Aniekeme Umoh – Chief Operations Officer
Aniekeme, who has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer, will continue to lead operations across Miva Open University and uLesson Education. Previously serving as Vice President of Operations at Miva Open University, Aniekeme was instrumental in building the operational framework of Nigeria’s leading private online university. With over a decade of experience in strategic operations and leadership, she brings a wealth of expertise from her time as Founder of Aniekeme Admissions Consulting, guiding clients towards top US business schools.
Iheanyichukwu Akwitti – Chief Academic Officer
In his new role as Chief Academic Officer, Iheanyichukwu will oversee academic strategy and drive educational innovation at both uLesson and Miva Open University. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Academics at uLesson and Registrar at Miva Open University, he successfully led numerous initiatives to elevate academic standards. His career spans over 15 years in education, including a leadership position as Principal at Supreme Education Foundation School, where he significantly improved academic performance and guided students toward international higher education opportunities.
AyoOluwa Nihinlola – Chief Content Officer
AyoOluwa’s promotion to Chief Content Officer reflects his exceptional leadership in content development at uLesson K-12. He has been a driving force behind the group’s educational content, leading the development of thousands of video lessons and forging strategic partnerships, including with Multichoice for broadcasting uLesson content. AyoOluwa’s background includes roles in academic content development and operational leadership, and his vision continues to shape uLesson’s innovative learning experiences.
Oladipo Olugbemi, SPHRi, PMP, MILR – Chief People Officer
As the newly promoted Chief People Officer, Oladipo will lead the people and culture strategy across The uLesson Group. With over 15 years of experience in human resources and people management, Oladipo brings a track record of driving organizational change and developing HR frameworks that foster employee growth and engagement. His previous roles include Group Head of Human Resources at Iwosan Investments and Human Resources Manager at Lagoon Hospitals, where he spearheaded performance management and employee development initiatives.
Lanre Samson Akisanya – Chief Technology Officer
Lanre has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead uLesson’s technological transformation. With extensive experience in Android development and software engineering, Lanre has been pivotal in driving the group’s digital infrastructure. His career includes various senior engineering roles across renowned companies such as Nokia and Zava, where he was responsible for delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience and digital accessibility.
