Findlay, Ohio, United States, September 2024 – Tia Bailey has been appointed Vice President of People and Culture at Miller Bros. Const., Inc. In this new role, Tia will oversee the company’s people and culture strategies, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, organizational culture, and talent management.
Tia Bailey brings extensive experience in human resources to her new role. She joined Miller Bros. Const., Inc. in September 2024, where she will be instrumental in shaping and executing people and culture initiatives.
Prior to this, Tia worked at Amazon for four years, where she held roles in Global Corporate Employee Relations for nearly two years and as a Human Resources Manager for over two years. At Amazon, she developed expertise in HR policies, talent management, and strategic human resources leadership.
Before her tenure at Amazon, Tia served as Director of Human Resources at Turner Contracting, Inc. for approximately one year and seven months, focusing on HR strategy and team effectiveness. Her experience also includes a role as Area Human Resources Manager at 24 Hour Fitness for two years, where she managed HR strategy across the Las Vegas/Hawaii districts.
Tia’s earlier experience includes serving as Area Human Resources Manager at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and Human Resources Manager at the United States Army, where she gained valuable experience in HR strategy and team leadership over an eight-year period.
