Lake Orion, Michigan, United States, October 2024 – Kristina Lemons has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at eSkillz, the leading provider of comprehensive support solutions for Human Capital Management and Talent Development. In this new role, Kristina will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and leading workforce development initiatives aligned with eSkillz’s mission to provide unparalleled customer service and innovative solutions.
Kristina’s journey with eSkillz began in July 2023 when she joined the company as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, she led daily HR operations, managed recruitment strategies, and ensured a thriving employee experience across the organization.
Prior to joining eSkillz, Kristina held a senior leadership role as Vice President of People at Career Now Brands for over two years, where she spearheaded HR operations and drove talent management initiatives. During her time as Director of People Operations at Career Now Brands, she was instrumental in aligning HR functions with the company’s long-term business goals, helping scale their workforce and improve employee retention.
Earlier in her career, Kristina gained significant experience at E.L. Hollingsworth & Co., where she served as Director of Human Resources and Recruiting & Retention Manager. She played a key role in overseeing the recruitment process, workforce planning, and talent retention efforts in the transportation and logistics industry.
Her professional journey started at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., where she served as a National Recruiter, leading strategic hiring initiatives for various business units across the organization.
