Leamington, Ontario, Canada, October 2024 – Beth Mlinaric has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Pure Flavor® Farms. In this role, Beth will lead the overall HR strategy for the company, focusing on policy development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. She will play a crucial role in aligning human capital initiatives with the company’s business goals while driving leadership development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
Beth’s journey with Pure Flavor® Farms began as the Director of Human Resources in 2022, where she oversaw daily HR operations, supporting cross-border initiatives and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Her efforts in driving leadership development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition have significantly contributed to the company’s growth and success.
Prior to joining Pure Flavor® Farms, Beth served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Plasman, where she led corporate-wide HR initiatives across North America, supporting leadership teams in driving business objectives and enhancing organizational performance.
Beth’s earlier experience includes her tenure at Stellantis. In her role as People Development Manager at the Windsor Assembly Plant, she managed all education, training, and development activities for the Union and Non-Union workforce, including onboarding, talent management, and leadership development. Her strategic contributions to the company’s training programs and succession planning efforts were instrumental in improving workforce performance and leadership capabilities.
Beth also held several other HR roles at Stellantis, including Human Resources Manager at the Canada Corporate Headquarters, where she oversaw HR activities, recruitment processes, and performance management, and Training Manager at the Windsor Assembly Plant, where she analyzed training needs and designed development programs to support the company’s strategic objectives.
