Bhavna has been associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank since 2022 and has played an important role in elevating product and brand communications across the organization. Prior to her promotion, she served as Vice President – Marketing, where she focused on amplifying brand narratives, strengthening customer connections, and driving impactful communication strategies. Her elevation reflects the bank’s confidence in her ability to further accelerate marketing excellence and reinforce Kotak Mahindra Bank’s position in India’s highly competitive financial services landscape.
Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bhavna spent nearly three years with InCred Financial Services, where she held leadership roles including Assistant Vice President – Marketing and Chief Marketing Manager. During her tenure, she led digital marketing and branding initiatives that strengthened the company’s market presence and customer engagement efforts. Earlier in her career, she worked with Enormous Brands LLP, DotDesi Registry, Asset Vantage, BigRock, and ResellerClub, building extensive expertise across digital marketing, business development, brand management, social media strategy, customer acquisition, and growth marketing.
An alumna of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), where she completed an Executive MBA with specializations in Marketing and Information Technology, Bhavna brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, digital expertise, and brand-building capabilities.
