Tiffany Brittain, PMP Appointed as Chief People Officer at New Horizon Bank

Richmond, Virginia, United States, October 2025 — Tiffany Brittain, PMP has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at New Horizon Bank, bringing with her nearly two decades of diverse leadership experience across banking, financial services, and nonprofit sectors.

Before joining New Horizon Bank, Tiffany served at MVB Bank in multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President, Business Transformation and Project Management, where she led the Business Transformation Office, overseeing process excellence, knowledge management, and project management functions. She was also instrumental in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and automation to modernize operations and accelerate decision-making. Earlier at MVB Bank, she was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Operations and Vice President & Chief of Staff to the President, where she drove strategic planning, managed enterprise-wide initiatives, and provided counsel on acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to MVB Bank, Tiffany served as Senior Project Manager at Apple Federal Credit Union, where she played a key role in establishing the Project Management Office, leading enterprise-level software implementations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Her leadership reduced transaction errors by over 50% and introduced automation-driven process improvements.

Earlier in her career, Tiffany gained executive leadership experience as Executive Director at the Dance Institute of Washington, where she strengthened organizational capacity, improved financial sustainability, and expanded community partnerships. She also served as Assistant Director at the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood, overseeing strategic planning, fundraising, and compliance with government funding.

With her proven expertise in operational excellence, business transformation, and human capital leadership, Tiffany is well-positioned to drive New Horizon Bank’s people strategy, supporting its mission of delivering personalized service, deep expertise, and innovative financial solutions to its customers.
