Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States, May 2025 — Tiffany Day Davis has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President, Human Resources US BioPharmaceuticals Business at AstraZeneca, further strengthening the company’s commitment to fostering exceptional talent and delivering transformative healthcare solutions.
In her new role, Tiffany will oversee the Human Resources strategy for AstraZeneca’s US BioPharmaceuticals Business, which is at the forefront of the company’s mission to transform care for people living with chronic and life-impacting diseases. She will focus on driving key HR initiatives, advancing people-centric strategies, and ensuring alignment with AstraZeneca’s ambitious goals to innovate and lead in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Tiffany steps into this position after holding several senior roles within AstraZeneca, most recently serving as Executive Director, HR Business Partner and Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity. In this dual responsibility, she shaped global strategies aimed at creating an inclusive and equitable environment across the organization, leveraging diversity to strengthen AstraZeneca’s mission to push the boundaries of science.
Prior to that, she was Executive Director, Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity, where she played a pivotal role in driving the company’s health equity, inclusion, and employee experience initiatives. Tiffany also brings significant HR leadership experience from her previous role at Ally, where she served as Senior Director, HR, focusing on HR operations, mergers & acquisitions, and business partnerships.
Earlier in her career, Tiffany spent over seven years with Deloitte Consulting as Manager, Human Capital M&A, where she advised leading organizations on workforce transformation during critical business integrations. Her foundational HR experience was further strengthened through roles at SEI and her early career in legal services with Oden & Dillard, PLLC.
With a proven record of driving strategic HR transformations, building inclusive workplaces, and aligning people strategies with business imperatives, Tiffany is set to play a critical role in advancing AstraZeneca’s human resources capabilities as it continues its journey as a global leader in healthcare innovation.
