Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom, July 2024 – Tiffany Potter has taken on a new role as Head of Human Resources – Specialist at phs Group. In this capacity, Tiffany will lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and support the company’s strategic objectives.
Tiffany Potter has been with phs Group for over seven years. Prior to her new role, she served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing HR strategies across the United Kingdom for two years. Before this, she was an HR Business Partner for nearly three years, playing a key role in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Earlier in her career at phs Group, Tiffany worked as a Human Resources Advisor for over four years, where she contributed to various HR functions and employee relations.
