Paris, France, October 2025 – Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, a global leader in premium hydration and sparkling beverages, has announced the appointment of Tijana Bošnjak as Global Head of Talent & Organizational Development. In this strategic leadership role, Ms. Bošnjak will drive global talent initiatives and organizational development efforts across the business’s iconic international and local brands.
Based in Paris, she will focus on building future-ready capabilities, strengthening leadership pipelines, and enabling employee engagement across multiple markets as Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages continues its transformation journey as a standalone entity within the Nestlé Group.
Prior to her new role, Tijana Bošnjak served as Head of Talent & Engagement SEE and HR Manager ADR South at Nestlé, where she led regional talent and people engagement efforts across South Eastern Europe.
Previously, she was Head of Talent South East Market and earlier held the dual role of HR Business Partner South East Market & Country Lead Hub South, where she supported market-wide transformation and workforce alignment initiatives.
Her earlier responsibilities at Nestlé included positions such as H2R Lead & Change Manager Adriatic, Compensation and Benefit Manager, and Payroll and Administration Coordinator, reflecting her steady progression across HR functions over a span of nearly 14 years with the organization.
Before joining Nestlé, Ms. Bošnjak gained foundational experience at Centroproizvod, where she held roles in HR and Compensation & Benefits, managing a range of HR processes and initiatives.
