Phoenix, Arizona, United States, September 2025 — Tim Quinn has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources – Masonry and Hardscapes at Oldcastle APG. In this leadership role, he will oversee HR strategy and workforce initiatives across one of the company’s largest business units, supporting its growth and innovation in masonry and hardscape solutions.
Tim has been with Oldcastle APG since 2019, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources, where he drove people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the Greater Phoenix area. His contributions have been central to strengthening talent pipelines and aligning HR with business growth.
Prior to joining Oldcastle APG, Tim spent more than a decade at Republic Services, where he held roles including Corporate Senior Manager, Human Resources and Area Director, Human Resources. In his Midwest Area HR Director role, he managed HR operations for 2,250 employees, including 950 union employees across eight locals with 19 agreements, demonstrating strong expertise in labor relations and large-scale workforce management.
Tim began his HR career at McDonald’s Corporation, where he worked as an HR Supervisor for 10 years, also coaching U.S. teams in local and international competitions. He later joined Tim Hortons, serving as Human Resources Manager – Multistate before moving into operations as District Manager – Franchise Operations, where he managed up to 23 restaurants generating $20 million in revenue and achieving sales growth above market averages. He started his professional journey as a Research Analyst at the American Society of Employers.
