Los Angeles, California, United States, August 2025 — Tina Teodorescu has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Team One, returning to the agency where she previously served as Finance Director. In this leadership role, Tina will oversee the company’s financial strategy and drive operational excellence across its luxury and lifestyle marketing operations.
Tina brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership within creative and corporate sectors. Most recently, she served as Head of Finance and Accounting at Zambezi, where she managed accounting, budgeting, and financial controls from January 2024 to August 2025. Before that, she held the Finance Director position at Team One (April 2021 – January 2024), overseeing financial operations for its high-end brand strategies. Her career includes tenures as CFO (part-time) at DiMassimo Goldstein, EVP & Finance Director at Deutsch LA, leadership roles at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Boeing, DDB Needham, and EER Systems, building strong foundations in finance across diverse environments.
Tina holds a degree in financial management (details not explicitly provided), and her experience spans financial planning, revenue and expense management, reporting, cost optimization, and operational finance in both agency and corporate settings.
