Brookfield, Connecticut, United States, December 2024 – Todd Alesio has been appointed as the Vice President, Global Human Resources at Photronics, where he will lead a global HR team in crafting and executing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, Todd will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and compliance across Photronics’ worldwide operations.
Before joining Photronics, Todd served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sperry Rail Inc. for over four years. There, he was a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing HR strategies in talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, and global employee relations. His leadership energized the workforce and optimized operational efficiency.
Earlier, Todd worked as an Executive HR Consultant for private equity engagements, focusing on talent management, compensation frameworks, and workforce planning for high-growth businesses. His consultancy experience demonstrated his versatility in addressing complex HR challenges.
Todd spent a decade as Vice President of Human Resources at Entegris, where he was instrumental in driving HR strategies across global operations spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. His contributions included managing large-scale M&A integrations, organizational design, and executive coaching.
His career also includes roles as Human Resources Director at Naugatuck Valley Radiological and HR Manager at Ergonomic Health Consultants, where he built and enhanced HR functions to support organizational goals.
