Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Kumar Saurabh has started a new position as Associate Vice President – RPO at Taggd, where he will lead end-to-end Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements across multiple industries. In this role, he will be responsible for driving large-scale talent acquisition programs, managing P&L, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence across accounts.
At Taggd, Kumar Saurabh will focus on building scalable recruitment models, optimizing cost per hire, enhancing vendor ecosystems, and ensuring SLA-driven delivery. He will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design efficient hiring strategies, improve quality of hire, and leverage technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Taggd, Kumar Saurabh spent nearly 18 years with TMI Group, where he held multiple leadership roles, most recently as Vice President – Recruitment Practice. Over the years, he progressed through key positions including Practice Head (Sr GM), National Delivery Head (GM), Program Manager (DGM), and Project Manager, leading large teams and driving recruitment strategy, delivery operations, and business growth.
His tenure at TMI Group reflects deep expertise in talent acquisition, commercial operations, and delivery management, with strong exposure to managing large-scale hiring mandates and building high-performance teams across geographies.
Earlier in his career, he held roles in sales and operations at Reliance BIG Entertainment (BIGFlix) and Inter-Plast – The Kids Company, building a strong foundation in business development and client engagement.
Kumar Saurabh holds an MBA in HR & Operations from Shobhit University, complementing his extensive experience in recruitment, business leadership, and operational excellence.
