Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, April 2026 — Parthasarathi V has joined Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd. as Head – HR Business Partner, bringing extensive experience across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, HR service delivery, and business-aligned people strategy.
In his new role at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance, Parthasarathi V will partner with leaders and teams across the organisation to enable impactful people strategies and meaningful business outcomes. His appointment reflects his continued focus on building strong, business-aligned HR practices that support growth, leadership capability, and organizational performance.
Before joining Cholamandalam MS General Insurance, Parthasarathi spent more than nine years with Kotak Life, where he held multiple senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Channel HR Head, supporting HR priorities for business channels and strengthening people practices across the organization.
Earlier at Kotak Life, Parthasarathi served as Senior Vice President, Vice President – Human Resources, Senior Associate Vice President, and AVP – Zonal HR, South India. In his zonal HR role, he headed the talent acquisition and talent management functions for Southern India sales business channels, managing HR service delivery across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
Prior to Kotak Life, Parthasarathi worked with AGS Health, where he held roles including Senior Manager – Talent Engagement and Manager – Talent Engagement. His work focused on talent engagement, people initiatives, employee connect, and HR support for business teams in Chennai.
Earlier, Parthasarathi spent more than 10 years with Infosys BPO as Senior Associate Lead – BPHR. In this role, he executed HR activities across the employee lifecycle, monitored joining and training numbers for deployment planning, prepared workforce management dashboards, ensured HR service delivery effectiveness, and reported key employee areas to business stakeholders.
Parthasarathi holds a PGCHRM in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, adding strong academic grounding to his long experience in HR operations, business partnering, and people strategy.
